In the original part of the Royal Lion Coaching Inn, the bar has original fireplaces and panelled walls to remind guests of the history of the room and of Lyme Regis. The bar is well stocked and comfortable and an ideal place to meet before dinner or to enjoy a bar snack.

The bar snack menu has a traditional feel with a selection of hot dishes and sandwiches. Hot dishes are available as well as wholesome children's dishes.

The Courtyard café serves the same full lunch menu available in the bar, but will also be open in the morning and afternoon serving a selection of teas, coffee and soft drinks together with home made cakes and biscuits.
