The Royal Lion Hotel has 33 comfortable en-suite bedrooms, with a colour TV, radio and tea and coffee facilities. All rooms are centrally heated and have a direct dial telephone. We have a wide range of rooms, with many having either a patio or balcony with sea views.

The King Edward Room has a magnificent Half Tester bed and is the room King Edward VII used whilst Prince of Wales in 1856.

Many of our family rooms have bunk beds and accommodate a family of 4 or 5 comfortably.

There are two lounges for the exclusive use of residents. The first floor lounge overlooks the town centre and is a favourite of guests who relax and watch the hustle and bustle of Lyme Regis. The Hotel has a private car park for guests.

Our rates include a full breakfast and many of our short break prices include dinner in our restaurant. Children are well catered for and are subject to reduced rates.
